I've never looked this big/lean at 192. It's temporary water but it's still pretty cool.

What is this 'middle of arm' you speak of?!? Tricep muscle? Did you see Edelman's arm during the Super Bowl? Holy Land of Striations. Of course, PED's may have been 'lingering' in his body from his last drug pop. Do you mean shredded like that?

You can see a hint of it in this picture. That shadow in the middle. When one is lean enough it protrudes more. Thanks for the comments! I don't see anything wrong with my particular Planet Fitness, Jimmy.

Dude! You're my hero. I go the the gym 3 days a week to try and get to where you are. I was 196 26 yrs ago when I got married, then became a slacker until I Retired last year. I was 245 at that time, lost 29 lbs. from exercise and now want to add diet so I can see the results of that exercise. You're a great inspiration!!! 😊

I think when the muscle is larger (well the one you referenced) they call it 'slipping' which reading it sounds odd and the re-reading the nerves, blood flow, connective tissue surrounding it, etc it still sounded odd.

If I can continue to grow while getting leaner I'll be happy but realistically at this point to get leaner I'll have to either stay the same size or lose a little muscle. As long as I'm creating the illusion of more size I'll be content.
