Cody, my coworker ate half. It sucked since I burned it anyway. Probably won't buy that brand again anyway even if it wasn't burnt it wasn't too tasty

I love those pint slices. Not a giant ice cream fanatic, but that's my splurge of choice. Brownie or americone dream.

@Chrisw77 He always has some left over. Not saying a whole pizza wouldn't fit into his daily calories- esp since he is consuming 4000 a day, just that there is usually 1/4 to a 1/2 brought home so yes- I would be surprised if he ate the whole thing. ;)

It’s great that you guys can eat this stuff. I did in High School and lead to pizza stick and soda snacks coming home from work (for years) without the exercise. I know it works for you guys and it makes sense. Just won’t ever work for me or most of the rest of us.

Thanks Wifey- been on for years- just was on private to track my weight. Yes- he does the research and is my own personal google. Love being able to ask him anything about lifting and food.

@chris I totally get it. I used to eat pizzas, apple pies, whatever I could get my hands on. I’d work out 4 hours a day and burnt all the calories. Couldn’t turn off the junk food machine. I know better now. Only took me 25 years! 😬

Love2educate-I hear ya!! Def can't eat like David. Never would be motivated to exercise that long and haven't quite mastered how to stop at 2 pieces of pizza rather than 1/2 of it, but I'm getting there. I do better to avoid all together. Moderation is so hard for me.

Yeah DP. I have so many weaknesses. Pizza, spaghetti, tacos, etc. They all make me wanna have a coke too! I’ve found alternatives that satisfy: Cauliflower frozen pizza (split with wife), fajitas (no tortillas 😬), and meatballs! I love meatballs 🤩
