Sorry I don't get it, why would you want to remove healthy nutrients from your eating plan it's not normally sustainable.

Laraae, that was what I forgot when I was obese and eating the cabbage soup diet with no long term loss. Does the glitter version have extra calories? 🦄 💕

I vaguely recall someone chanting "I'm a nah Bisco Shredded Wheat!" right before the start of a card game. They never ate the shredded wheat and unicorns didn't exist back then. A simpler time...less chanting and unicorn praising I guess.

Wholefood we do whatever it takes (even put our life at risk) in order to lose weight. Yes some people remove healthy nutrients in order to lose weight. If It’s sustainable or not depends on that individual
