Question Sherry. Do you eat alot of onions and if so, do you ever get sick now? Like sore throats and coughs and the flu? I don't get sick like I use to. Is this the same for you?

I consider sausages a recipe for disaster, if someone wants to live a healthy lifestyle.

Roasted veggies are my favorite. I love carrots, potatoes, and green beans roasted with garlic and black pepper.

I like the looks of this. Love the roasted veggies. @ Biss-everything in moderation can fit into a person's WOE.

Jaime, I do eat onions regularly. I use them raw in salads or cooked in many dishes. I don't get sick often but I don't know if the onions are a contributor.

Biss, to each his own. I know sausages aren't good to eat in huge quantity. I eat a lot of chicken & seafood, but I haven't eliminated anything from my diet. I eat lots of things in moderation. And it's working for me.
