I’m curious about flat iron steak. Is it tender just cooking on skillet without marinade?

Jaeltemple, as long as you don't overcook it and cut it on the bias it's very tender. I put some Worcestershire sauce & sprinkled with Montreal Steak Seasoning about an hour before cooking. Used just a little Olive oil in the skillet. It was supposed to go on the grill, but that's another story 😉
