Gym the last 9/10 days for an hour. Monthly avg 1820 calories a day. Scale going up. Maybe I am getting my precovid body back and hopefully some real progress. The scale plays such a mind game. Lifted for an hour (closer to 54 minutes), worked and stayed active there and then helped a friend move for 2 hours before going to bed. Ate 1500 calories. Woke up heavier. 🤨 Just gotta keep trucking along. I think I am done giving myself weight/scale goals to meet. It is too unpredictable at this stage. Remeasuring on the 15th and then eating chinese food. Been dying for chinese. :)
