Diario de -Diablo, 27 oct. 20

An example of a typical workout nowadays. 6-7 days a week. Also a pic from today at 202.6 pounds. Done with the unplanned 2-3 month bulk, time to cut. Ending the bulk with a bench press of 275 for 9 reps. I think that was my best set and it happened today.

Crazy awesome job!💪🏼... Especially when you consider how many reps for each set that isn't written out and the amount of weight. ❤️ I like the bulky look. Now back to sleep, I hope.

Well, the cut will be VERY slow since I'm enjoying the extra food, haha! Just had some more Cheesecake Factory ice cream. I just noticed it says 3 servings of 370 calories and 970 calories per container. Not sure what kind of common core math they are using but that's 1110 calories, baby!

Four sets bench press and one of them is 9X275 ! What about the rest ones ? Warm up ? And all those next to two shoulder exercises and squats ? Don't you feel exhausted ? Full body workout 6-7 days ?!

Yes, full body. Shoulder presses are my warmup. I still start with 135 for a set though. Shoulders aren't always before chest, sometimes shoulders are last, I always start with legs though.

The last set was 275x8. Then I moved to Rows. I almost superset all of these, instead of spending 5 minutes between sets, I'll do pulldowns while my chest recovers for example.

I don't feel like I'm ever fully recovered, always sore, but I love it.

Question - what will the cut entail? How much will you decrease your calories by and will it be a restrictive diet or just a few less calories?

Just less calories but day one was 4300 so a little of a rocky start. Will go for 3500 today

I don't want a big Bear. That makes me picture hair and beards. Not my thing for my hubby but I like it on other's hubbys. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Well, Chris. If you look, I have 27 personal records in one workout so this was my first workout with it. And since it says I did all of this in 16 minutes I actually copied what I wrote down into it later at work so I didn't actually use it during the workout. It sure is easier to find certain lifts and faster since it isn't loading a FB style interface.
