I’m not a fan of canned tuna so I always use hickory smoked tuna in a package to make tuna salad with or just eat it by itself.

Everyone has their preferences. You could substitute chicken or even fresh tuna to make a sandwich. The bread was Pepperidge Farms thin sliced so only 70 calories a slice. I actually had a sandwich & a half (So did Hubby).
