Diario de -Diablo, 14 ene. 21

I didn't even think about it until today but I just realized, these two pics are me at the same body weight give or take a few pounds. ~215 pounds in both. This is an example of why I value lifting above any other physical activity.

How many years apart are the pics?

It improves body composition which dramatically improves your health even at the same body weight. Even on the left, I had a lot of muscle so the difference would be even bigger if I was not already into lifting.

That is really great work in making your transformation. It also makes a good point about hyper-focusing on the "Number on the scale" and its real importance in the whole process. Thanks for your contributions to the site. I appreciate it.
