How ironic. I ate something similar last night. 725 calories. The only way to eat this good is to find something very low in calories all day. I usually arrive at dinner with less than a thousand calories beforehand. A couple of cookies for dinner and I stay under my 2400 calories. so far I am losing 1 lb a day. Of course staying active throughout the day is what helps the most.

Dbl7, I do try to save enough calories to have a good dinner. I average 300 to 400 for breakfast, 100 to 400 for lunch/ snack. My daily average is 1700 to 2000. I try to plan my day depending on what's on the menu for dinner. If I have a more substantial lunch, dinner is light.
