Just noticed, this post is also from the future. I was wondering where my calories were going. I was like, my pre workout meal, 2 donuts, etc are only 350 calories? Sweet! Nope, up to 1500 already. The night is young.

I ate so many doughnuts yesterday that I got 35 grams of protein from them alone. Depends on how much protein makes something a protein bar for you. I guess. Lol
