Pjlpn, I like a mix of flavors. You can add anything to your salad. I try to do lots of lower calorie ingredients. If I want to add something like nuts I measure a reasonable portion.

looks great, I use the Walden Farms salad dressings zero calories, love the balsamic and Italian flavors so far.
