Zerocool - I was getting chicken soft tacos fresco style for decent calories and protein but I think they got rid of the shredded. The chunks of chicken disgust me. And the "power" made me think it would be a great choice before hitting the gym. Yuck.  

Letty- the service was good. I personally hate how Taco Bell's shtick is to say "how are you?" at the drive thru window before taking your order. 🙄 I guess in general I hate all things taco bell more and will never return.

My daughter loves tacos. She is almost 12 so tacos to her are Taco Bell tacos. So we go every so often, mostly when I am out voted and shouted down by everyone else. I usually cry as we drive towards it and always after leaving. 

That's too bad! I haven't been to Taco Bell in probably 20 years. We have Jimboys for the best fast food tacos. It's a chain mostly from the Sacramento to Reno area and I'm lucky enough to have one in the next town over, where I do my grocery shopping.  

Fritzy I have always seen Jimboys and grew up listening to their commercials but have never been there. Should I try it to and see if my daughter would like those tacos? Of course the fact Taco Bell is in town and Jomboys is in two towns over could make it difficult to make the change for good 

Daddy - I plan my grocery shopping and even doctor appointments around a chance for lunch from Jimboy's. I always get 2 ground beef tacos. They put parmesan cheese on the corn tortilla. They are cheaper on Taco Tuesdays! 

I hate fast food every taste so artificial to me now plus it usually gives a stomachache and too high on salt and calories for smaller portions that's just unfair on top of everything they also raised their prices ridiculous when I want a burger now I either make it or go to five guys, FuddRuckers or red Robin get more for your money healthier options and more for your calories for tacos I go to Mexican restaurants taco bell is my son's favorite though I keep try to convince him not to go he doesn't listen 😀 😉  

Fritzy, Nice! I will definitely have to FINALLY try Jimboys. And ill take my daughter and try and break her of this Taco Bell taco liking thing. 🙂 

I love fast food. All of it~until yesterday. 😆 I didn't want to go to mcdonalds, which will always be my favorite...because I knew I was too hungry. I knew I'd ask for the largest fries and so on so I was trying to make better choices. I guess I did that much. Right, L2E! 😆 Fritzy, that sounds delish!  

Daddy Manatee - too funny! I felt like crying yesterday!  

DP - I love McDonald's too. There is only one in town though and it always takes a half hour to get through the drive through. Years ago I gave up fast food, except for Jimboys. Gradually I started allowing myself fast food again, but not as often. Like tr3vi28 I liked Red Robin as an option. Daddy, maybe we live near each other. There is actually a Taco Bell in my town which has no other fast food. It's attached to a Shell gas station. I've never been there. I've always liked their tacos, just prefer Jimboys.

Fritzy, I am west of Sacramento. Our taco bell is a stand alone building and we have a lot of fast food places.  

When my kids were young they LOVED the TB Bell Burgers. Do any of you remember those? 

I ordered a fully loaded veggie salad bowl at Chipotle once to find out when I came home they'd only put lettuce and salsa in my bowl. Probably it makes a difference in who is preparing and if they're actually paying attention. 

Taco Bell is legally bound, so it's not their fault - and this is true (I read it on the internet): If they ask "how are you?" and you respond with "not well" they are required to refuse you service for liability purposes. They can only make you worse and need to avoid the litigation.
