No weigh in today. Its hard to do when were down a bathroom and I have a 13yr old getting ready at the same time. Some days I feel *lucky* that I got to brush my teeth haha. Anyway, Im aiming for once a week at least right now.

Ive been trying to be mindful with my food since I got off the habit of tracking. It worked well for me over the holidays. There were days when I went overboard, and there were days that I probably came in way under. I thought Id give tracking another go but Im really sucking at it.

I am in my 8th week of hitting the gym 3x a week. Im really proud of this streak because I was SLACKING so hard. Id love to go home after work and sleep but gotta hit the gym. After that I need to paint another coat on the walls in my kids room. She finally got her way and I painted over the pink and purple walls with white. Her room is small though, and theres no place to put her stuff so its all moved over and Ill have to move it all back before I can finish the other two walls. Lots of work to be done. Uhg. On the plus side though - I hit my step goal last night haha.
