ah peanut butter! make sure there is no soybean oil as I have been reading about online not good for the body. I priced almond butter at trader joes. I did not buy it. I like peanut butter on crispbread. Kinda gives me the feeling of eating a cookie. I am trying so hard to give up the processed foods. It is hard, but I got to do this.
