At 72….I don’t feel it…cause at 52.. I changed my lifestyle and started watching what I ate and working out most days..one way or another…time passes quickly…

Love this. I finally started to turn my weight around at 70 years young after trying for years. Now 71 years young, I’m still working towards my goal but very close! And, I have that blue line again! 💃
