Today's plan is to get the house Christmas ready. Need to get my presents wrapped. Off work (hopefully) until Monday. Staying in and staying warm. Actually- staying in and staying layered in clothing. I don't want to crank the furnace too high. Got some water dripping in the faucets. Might get some of my cookie baking done today. But most likely that will happen tomorrow. Our food scale battery died and I thought it was a sign to not count until after Christmas... But then I found one in my junk drawer so we are back in business. The pups cannot deal with only going out to pee. They are super rambunctious and need to burn off energy but it is 35 below with the wind. 4 degrees without it. They just got in a huge fight. I threw them outside (for about 60 seconds). Oscar jumped in the fire pit and started eating snow.🙄Won't be able to get to the gym today but hopefully will get a lot of movement around the house. Also helps that I have no real food in the house- just ingredients to put stuff together for Christmas. The kids aren't very happy about that but it will be ok. Weight will be up and down the next few days and I am ok with that.
