Goals arent going well. Had an interesting Therapy session and its really been on my mind all week. Like - I kinda feel like I got knocked back a notch to process. Shouldnt affect my goals but it is. I bought a new journal to start getting some thoughts out. Still trying to log and get in steps so its not all gone to shit.

I've found journaling to be therapeutic for me I can get the feelings on paper or typed into a document so they aren't swimming around in my mind making me feel worse or distracting me from my goals and working on them. I hope you find journaling a help to you as well. Best wishes!
