Yes, cottage cheese and parmigiano cheese with a touch of butter. Tastes really good.

So that's what you were telling me about! Annasmommy scrambles eggs with cottage cheese. So many uses i hadn't thought about. What a great way to get extra protein and yummy too!

Yes, and these are edamame noodles, so they are also full of protein and fiber. I mix 90g cottage cheese with about a teaspoon of parmigiana cheese, fresh ground pepper and pesto if i have some around. I put it at the bottom of the bowl and pour the noodles on top, then stir. It’s great way to fake it and it tastes pretty good. Hemp seeds on top make it even more interesting as do cherry tomatoes or basil, or whatever you have around.
