Sorry for the loss of your brother. I lost mine in 2005, and a nephew just 15mos. later. At certain times, I feel the losses, "fresh again," but go on as the living must do Best wishes to you

Yesterday we found out that my brother died.. today I’m trying hard to control the urge to gorge myself and wallow in feelings of guilt and sadness.. I’ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers 💕

only way way I know to escape the experienced sense of loss , not just of the other dealt loved, but a part of yourself… is to be thankful for and better identify all the good that was shared or came from him 

No, it isn't ridiculous. Losing our siblings means losing a part of ourselves that can never be replaced. Mourning is an uneven process, we think we're okay, and then the pain hits again, unexpectedly. Give yourself grace and time for your grief. I lost my younger sister 35 years ago, and even now, as I write this, I am weeping, remembering her death.  

I understand. My daughter passed away almost 3 years ago and I'm just now really getting serious about losing weight. grief really doesn't have any boundaries and for me I'm an emotional eater so I'll bets were off 

I lost my 22 year old daughter Julie Rose over thirty years ago and I will never get over losing her. I lost my only sibling last October and I was and am still upset. We were estranged but it still breaks my heart ♥  

So sorry. I, too, have lost a brother. I miss him so much. It never really goes away.

Loss my father, six months after loss my first husband when I was just 30 yrs old to car accident and my cousin six months after him. All the dominant men in my life❤️ You learn to pick yourself up and start again. Wishing you love and happiness ❤️
