i am counting my calories and i know that i probably should be eating more but i don't want to eat when i'm not hungry. i lost a good amount in the first week and a half probaby due to drinking so much water but i am stagnant now. i've been at 186 now since 9/24 averaging 5600 - 6600 calories a week. i guess more research to be done or i just can't do the intermittent fasting while counting calories i'm not sure :(

A few life developments in the past few years. Can't believe i forgot i had this account even though i use the website to track new calories. Menopause, Fiancé changing work schedule, kids out of the house basically & working from home as well. Many opportunities to eat bad and have a drink here and there due to boredom and no real energy to exert myself other than walking the dog 2-3 times a day. This is NOT how i want to be. My hormones are driving me crazy on top of it all. Starting slow with intermitten fasting, having carbs earlier in the day and if a sweet is needed at night something small. Using smaller plates and getting additional exercise in. its going to take some time. I just need to stay focused. In the Diet game slow and steady does win the race :)

From Nov thru December didn't work out or watch my diet :( But been back on track this is week 3. I started at 185 down 3 pounds.

didn't have a good couple of weeks. between injuries on my body which eliminated some of my normal workouts and eating out due to travel. :( at least I haven't gained weight.
