My first weigh in was 277 on here. I gave up sweet tea entirely. I started having a high protein breakfast. I do a protein shake for lunch and just whatever at dinner. ( need to work on dinner) Also there are times when I'll try to eat early and then not eat again till my shake at lunch the next day. I need to focus on logging everything better. Life has been crazy and luckily i'm actually not doing my emotional eating Woohoo for me. Second woohoo is i'm finally down 14lbs. i'm bone on bone in my right hip. I've destroyed my left hip making up for it and I have severe OA in my lower back as well. But i'm fighting hard to make a change. I'll pray for you and I hope you'll pray for me!

I really struggle with this eating process. I eat healthy foods and it's not near enough calories. Then i'll stress eat and overdue it. Please look at today's food journal and give me some feedback please!!

It just dawned on me that I've lost 10lbs. Goodness, That makes me a little more confident.
