She is very strong. She was doing pulldowns next to a guy who was pretty large and he has been going to the gym for as long as I can remember. She was doing more weight and for more reps than he was. You're doing awesome and I'm so proud of you, princess! ❤️😘

Omg I love you guys total power couple. And a great example of being able to eat, enjoy life and move your bodies, indulge here and there but not be sedentary. It’s amazing. DP, you are someone for sure to follow as a new person. You work hard and are not guilty about the here and there indulgence you proved we can all do this. There’s so many others too, if I name 1-2 off the bat, I will feel guilty for not listening like 50 others.
