my woe is eat whatever but under a calorie limit. I have done good except when my calorie limit is 1800, daily RDI 2300... I was doing about 4-5000 a day. had restrictions on movement after surgery and when I was finally allowed to do stuff, daylight savings gave me dark outside before I got back from work. so I just ended up eating all the good stuff instead of going out. signed up for 12 months of gym last week in hopes of getting back to active state. we shall see. the 200 is in theory still plausible albeit very unlikely. 😣
