Last year on this day I weighed 12 to 15 pounds less than I do today. It is time to get back on track. Even if I only get to 190 pounds for my average weight, its better than being over 200. It isn't normal and I don't know why I want to constantly eat. I want my husband to find me attractive and I want to be healthy enough to see my children grow up.
