Yesterday I was on track to have a great day. I went to the gym- as most days. I was eating well and then a box arrived on my porch. It was a giant tower of large to small boxes for nurse's week. I rarely do nursing stuff at work. It isn't my primary job- so just occasional shots and such. And I haven't received a nursing gift in probably 10 years- so that was odd. The top box had Lindor chocolate balls- 2 of them- so I ate them both then I stuck the tower in the computer room/office. And then later I peeked in the second box and there were 3 Lindor truffles... And so I ate them. I finally sent the whole remaining tower with Diablo to work. He said it ended up having popcorn, fruit pie, truffles, brownies- etc... haha. What a fucking shame to have to give away a gift because you can't eat normally. Anyhow- it wasn't just the truffles. My daughter wanted to have a sleepover for her b-day and there was ice cream cake involved. Long story short- I could have done worse, I should have done better. I am thankful that it is Saturday and back and biceps scheduled for the gym. BTW- Lindor/Lindt truffles about 230 calories for 3.
