This coming week should be better as I'm feeling better. I joined the local community center exercise area, just $5.00 for the entire year, AWESOME! It's nothing fancy but it looks like they have all that I need. Plans are to go straight there every day after work. If I come home first I won't go out again. I also plan to walk on my little gazelle thing every morning for at least 20 min.
