Yesterday was an unusual eating day. We caught an early morning church service and I had a dinner time engagement. We decided to visit our favorite Asian buffet and ate dinner at lunch time. We ate until we had plenty. I had planned to eat lightly after the engagement but never got around to it. The result was that I ate under goal for the day and met all activity goals. BF down .4%
