MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
Yesterday I ate under goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up .5% My holiday season goal is to log everything as usual and continue normal activity including workouts.
70,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 0,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
