I usually weigh more on Mondays too. Thumbs up 👍 👍 for listening to your body, eating when you’re actually hungry and not for weekend recreational eating.

I did hear interesting commentary on one of the local radio stations about not eating after 7pm. The theory is that our bodies are made to eat during daylight and something about leptin(?) production. It makes sense because I'm a night eater so I'm going to do research by testing the theory next month to see if anything significant changes.
