Hey Buddy - been keeping an eye out for you :) I haven't really either. I've been thinking about what I've been eating, but haven't written anything down recently. And I lost my card to get into my workout center at my apt, so that was on hiatus until I found it. But it feels good to get them back under my belt. It's awesome how much better I feel when I am working out. I think I forget this when I've convinced myself I'm too stressed out to get in some gym time. Glad you're back!
