Back to work today - back to routine. Its amazing how hard it is for me without it. Im hoping that the skills, habits, and mindset that Im focusing on for 2020 will help me so that next year at this time, I wont be in the same boat. That being said, each year I get better and more mindful. I still weigh less than I did a year ago, and thats two years in a row. Looking for a bigger loss this year though. I do believe that its finally time for me to get my shit actually together.

I settled on my big 3 goals for the year:
1. Take care of Health
2. Financial Sustainability
3. Make more Art

Ill be posting my action steps when I finally finish getting them together - because it helps me to journal.
