DB, I so haven't felt it the past couple weeks. not sure what to do... I kinda got in the groove after walking on the treadmill for a while but my gym is so crowded that often I have to wait to hit a machinery... and the weight I gained binging after my surgery is sticking around and I got no motivation to get rid of it... need something fresh to motivate maybe... 🤷🏼♂️

You're so awesome, I rent size 10 it didn't last I'm taking a run at size 10 again oh yeah. Ups and downs stay the course 80/20. Or whatever works for you. I plan to make size 10 my normal it's a journey we learn a lot along the way, we are still ourselves at the end of the day, so love yourself and your journeys. Happy travels!!

I’m in the same situation right now! But at least I’m not gaining! I’m maintaining the weight loss before my next big chunk comes off. Think that way. You’re definitely not failing. You’re getting leaner, tighter, and more efficient at fat loss even though the scale has not moved.

Yohoyoh- Don't be a baby. Start pumping some iron. If you are going to eat delicious burritos- you need to get exercise. And it's only heavy in the beginning- then your muscles get big and it's easy peasy and fun. Buy some new workout clothes and get a good playlist of songs to motivate you. I highly recommend work bitch by Britney Spears and Intergalactic by beastie boys.

When I used to run I had a mix with several beaty songs, like tobymac keep moving and couple dance-beat versions of others. But I only have so much time and so much stuff to learn... 😔
