Silly. You wouldn’t lose muscle that fast, just your mind. It’s all mental. I skip every Friday and Saturday. I come back sundays with more energy than ever!!!

I was just kidding. It's pretty much the same (the cold). Guess I'll skip today too and see how tomorrow goes. Doubt I have lost inches this month (maybe) and no pounds lost. Will find out tomorrow.

I tend to lose weight when sick and gain a bit back after I’m better. Hope this loss sticks for you! Good job :).

You will not lose muscle from missing 2 days at the gym! If you are sore or have a pump post workout it will cause water weight gain. This is why the scale is only one part of the equation.
