I've been doing the up and down dance all week lol. I'll eventually get it figured out. Having fast food 3 days in a row didn't help. Our electricity, internet, etc. was out for 4 days because of a tornado. Lost all the stuff in the fridge but what I kelp on ice. Things have been going fine other than having to much junk to eat. Everyone I talk to is having the same exact problem with food. This really lets me see just how much of a grip food has on all of us, no matter where we are in our health journey. I hope everyone is doing good and as always I'll be praying for you all! We got this, and we will overcome any bumps in the road this journey sends us!
