I eat an exorbitant amount of food one day....5000 calories, sleep poorly from overeating, don't/can't poop, weigh in the next morning- get comments from people concerned over my huge gain of mostly water weight. Eat much less the next day, run my ass off at work from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. because I'm swamped right now. Come home, shower, fall into bed, sleep soundly, poop upon waking, and weigh in. If I could eat normal calories consistently, my weight would be consistent but I'm struggling and I'm surprised by it. Not a big deal but seems to get FS stirred up. Up and down. No magic... Just evidence of my inconsistent lifestyle.

Not sure I deal with it positively and quite sure I don't have a great attitude. I just log it all. Sassy with a beautiful smile- most definitely. Sassy... what a nice way to put it. 👍🏼
