Weight down...that made me smile this morning. Sunshine again....another smile. But, I'm finding my positive feelings to be somewhat fleeting the past couple of days. I am so over staying at home & having to be so careful if I do leave the house. I got the news my Granddaughter is actually going to have a Graduation ceremony. But, I'm probably not going to be able to go. Flying....is it safe?

Question??? When you measure your waist, do you "suck" it in or just stand natural? I'm an inch smaller holding it in but if I'm buying pants I'm buying them to fit naturally. I can't stand anything tight on my waist.

Interesting....yesterday I ate a brownie, had popcorn (80 calories) had an afternoon cocktail (Bud Light Seltzer 100 calories) during the Zoom call, wine with dinner, sugar free jello for dessert with whipped cream, an after dinner vodka cocktail (mixed with sparkling water & 15 cal lemonade...so 85 calories ), and a 10 PM snack of Chex Snack Mix (130 calories). That's in addition to breakfast & dinner....no lunch. And weight is down. I didn't even get in any real exercise cause it was raining.

I am happy all the flowers & plants didn't appear to suffer from the overnight lower temps....high 30's.
