What does it consist of, Keilin- because I need way more than 8 weeks. haha. I think maybe next year at this time I will be at a good weight but trying to get more muscle.But I will do anything for you if it will help you stick with it. ;)

The goal is 11 pounds in 8 weeks 😁. It's a lot for me. It is not my real goal weight. But it's going to be great if I do it 😀

Ok, Keilin... I will make my goal be 170 by by 8/31. That's about 8 weeks. That will be 9.6 and what I originally have my goal set at- but really I just plan on eating 1800-2000 calories a day and lifting for an hour 6 days a week so if I don't meet my goal then I will just have to wait. :( Maybe I will somehow be 169.

Yes, that is great, I am planning to exercise every single day too. I want to lose this weight so bad, but muscles are very important 😉

Yeah - like move it to 130 something if that's what you're after. I can't really imagine myself being 165- it sounds crazy. But I suppose if I ever get there, I'll have to see how I look and what to change it to if I'm not satisfied. It would be crazy if I hit it by my anniversary in October but that doesn't leave me much room for error.

I’m not after 130. That’s what I was when I got married. If I hit it, it’ll just be by doing what I’m doing. I like what I’m doing and though the scale is hardly moving I’m seeing bodily changes which I like so I’m happy. 😉😊
