Same old same old 😊
I put some peanuts out for the Blue Jays & they ignored them for a day....either they or something else found them overnight so I put more out this morning. The sneaky buggers got 2 of them when I wasn't watching but I did see one land on the deck rail & get one. There have been multitudes of birds around today! The Blue Jays, Cardinals, Robins, Woodpeckers & some I don't know the name of. They make me so happy watching them 😀
Last night when I took the dogs out before bed I saw a grey fox! It was a few feet into the woods. I may not have seen it but it made a yowling noise & I shined the flashlight toward it & could see pretty clearly. I checked on it after I put the dogs back inside & it was still there. I guess it was bedded down for the night but Hubby says it may have been hunting rabbits.
Hot today....Rain in the forcast but after some clouds this morning it got sunny. I've been puttering around outside....pulled a few weeds....painted some candlesticks I have on the mantle. I've debated painting them for awhile & finally decided to do it.
Dentist in the morning. I popped a crown off flossing my teeth last night. It doesn't appear to be damaged so it just has to be cemented back in.
Almost time for our afternoon walk.
Dinner is a small pork roast....maybe some baby potatoes & mushrooms roasted in the pan. If I throw in some carrots I've got veggies covered 😊
