I’m the same. Weight isn’t accurate but I want to log it for future reference if needed. And yes we do love your honesty! Wednesday is ab day so that’s why I hate it lol. But neighbor is taking the kiddo to practice with her kiddo so I will stay home instead of going to the gym. Yay!

Tahoebrun- I love the beastie boys. Bearnoggin- it is crap day- but I can't crap. And as luck would have it- we FINALLY got snow. The roads are terrible. Had to go 30 mph on the highway to get home from work. Couldn't see lines or the black top. Unsure I will be making it to the gym. I have plenty of stuff at home to use as well as a ton of exercise videos so I just need to suck it up and do it.

great cure for not being able to poop. put on tights, running tights, long socks, jeans, boots with laces and go for a walk outside and forget your keys. the urgency will appear the moment your house is within eyesight.
