Thanks Becky. Having a great day. Went jogging and more importantly...found my eyeglasses. 😆 They've been gone for a week. I have an out of style pair and then if I lose those, I have daughter's from 6th grade that I squeeze on my fat head to drive. 😂😂 anyhow...found my real ones and in the meantime made an appointment for Saturday for new glasses and contacts. Diablo...in the bedroom closet on the dresser hidden by clothes (before you ask).

Of course, I always take my glasses off when I'm in my closet. LOL!!!

Lol shir! Usually I take them off when I'm doing laundry and they are on top of the dryer but I was stumped this time.

DP, sometimes I've wished my glasses had a ringer so I could call them like I do my phone when I misplace it. I've found mine tangled in the throw on the sofa after watching TV at night. NOT a good place to lose them!

Just bananas...I don't discuss my weigh ins. It's just for me to track every day. Plan is always to lose weight. Whether I follow the plan is a different story but I weigh only for me. 😉

Melissa, it was good but I also started a couch to 5k and the program starts super duper slow. Only running in one minute intervals. So...easy peasy so far.

Is it a virtual couch to 5K? this is actually intriguing to me. we had a virtual run over the Bay Bridge here a couple weeks ago. it was very anticlimactic for me as you only had to log the total miles over a number of days and I did mine in one shot walking the dogs, but 5K is a respectable distance. and if you want to tell me to bugger off and mind my own business, that's fine. 😘
