I have the same challenges with you when it comes to holidays. I often do that " I'll start Monday"
what I try to do on Thanksgiving is just fast before the big meal. I'll definitely mix in a protein shake in the morning just to get something in my stomach but I keep my calories ultra low. and then even a slow pace 1 to 2 mi walk will help you get ahead of the curve a little bit.
The one day is not going to kill you. it's the lingering effects which you have self-aware that causes the issues. You're not alone. those evil thoughts creep up on me all the time. you got this!

moon- I know all that. ell- two years ago we went to the gym on Tanksgiving. OMG- there's that missing H again. LOL. It's just a matter of having that mindset again where I need it to be.

You can eat anything, just eat a little less than stuffed, that is what my fitness coach says. And you can always eat more if you are hungry. IDK either, have not gotten below 150 in the past 11 years so there ya go.

Sorry you are having a hard time. 💜🙏Sometimes it's hard to get started and keep going because of the lack of results in the beginning keep us faultering...Stick with it and when you fail, just start again. I know it's easier said than done but basically fake it till you make it. You will get there! You are a beautiful woman and I see how many people are inspired by you. ( including me) Life has thrown you some curve balls for sure so I'm sure that's part of what's happening. I know I sound like a broken record, but I believe! 💜💜💜💜

Not all the "h" are missing - otherwise you would have "ate" your new laptop. The holidays are difficult. A few years ago when I was so motivated I managed Thanksgiving with my sister's family. I did really good. I skipped the kitchen island which was full of all the chips and dips but I had a couple tablespoons of everything for dinner, a small portion of turkey, and even a tiny piece of apple pie. I was satisfied and didn't deny myself anything except the chips. I'm staying home this Thanksgiving because of all the work being done to get rid of the mold under the house. Maybe I'll maybe a tuna casserole.

I told them about the . There was an H there but it didn't type. LOL. I was told to pop the key off and blow on it and push it back on and so I did and it still sucks. Happy Tanksgiving is hard to type when the H is random but it does seem to be improving a little bit.

On a side note, one April Fool's day, I went into the office early and popped off all the letters on the second row off my boss's (it's there an apostrophe S or just apostrophe?) keyboard and rearranged them.... he was a hunt-and-peck typer 🤣
