I've been averaging around 2000 calories a week for the past 6 weeks. I'm just over my ultimate goal of 145 lbs. I've considered changing my goal to 144 or 145 on here til Spring. I lowered it to 142 during this past summer. I'm really happy to maintain between the 2. Although I do log what I'm eating I have been more liberal with food choices.

I'm spending more time indoors with more sedentary activities. I've been watching Brothers & Sisters on Hulu every day, reading & working on a jigsaw puzzle I have set up on the end of the dining room table. I am looking forward to spring when I hope to be more motivated to be outdoors. I've only been walking in the afternoon occasionally....not every day 😒
