I missed logging for a couple of days so I'm catching up today. I haven't been to the gym in about ten days. My body enjoyed the rest. My weight has been making larger than normal fluctuations over the past week. It shot way up on Sunday morning. Thank goodness I had a huge drop in weight and body fat this morning. Yesterday I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 596 kcal deficit // BF↓0.8% // Sleep Goal met // Lift Day!!!(lower body and abs)

I'm still considering lowering my step goal. Since I have returned to the gym, I'm finding out that I don't need as much aerobic activity to maintain a decent deficit...
