I had no where as far to go as you!! You have lost 132 pounds, me only 60. You are the one who has had the longer journey. Right now I'm struggling with collapsing after work. Need to change that, get moving again during the week. It will make me feel better.

I lost 51 pounds at FS, just 15 left to go! Did I tell you about the dry erase white board on my wall that looks like a calendar? I put my weight on the first day of the month and when it goes down one pound I write in the new weight. Nice to look at my weights and see that I am losing weight by the month, if not by the week.

Awesome!! A visible reminder as to how far you have come..mine is just here and in my head since my start weight is really 192. Lost some before I was on here.
