Dude this happens to me all the time and I never log it. I just guess what my actual weight is at this point 🤷‍♀️😂😎

Yea I had a week worth of going way over my daily calorie budget and yes guilty as charged I enjoyed the spoils of sweets 🍭

DP, with our refrigerator not working, I am eating like I am not on a diet and I am not getting close to a scale!!!🙃☹️ Not even enjoying it either, or maybe I am.😁

I definitely enjoyed. Recently got a new fridge ourselves. Ours was on its last leg, so we were never without. I feel for you, Shrewd! What a pain in the butt!

Hello I’m 6ths pro-op nd I’m at a stall i I have no clue on how to move forward nd I’m stressing over it nd also not getting the correct sleep I have no idea what to do nd I’m really getting discouraged!! Any tips 😩🥹

Ligonlatasha... I track every bite I take and weigh everything so I'm not kidding myself. I lift an hour most days as well as have started going for nightly walks. I gave up most social media so I'm not sitting and playing on the computer, which forces me to be active. What motivated me after losing my way, aside from encouragement from husband and teen daughters, was having read a book called atomic habits. That's all the advice I can give. Good luck.
