Hey crew thanks again for this mornings pep talk you got me doing tripple duty today with a hard lifting session this morning an 8 mile mountain bike ride this afternoon and the real crazy one is I just went for a 2 mile run.... I despise running and didn't actually do any running to prep for the 5k tough mudder I do however realize that if I'm doing two 15k mudders this year I'm going to have to actually run ahead of time. So anyway I had no intention of running 2 miles straight I just started running an old rail trail and just kept going and didn't stop till I got back to my truck.... progress

Redporchlady 😃 thanks hopefully it keeps going that way. I met up with my mom for some Thai food for lunch but I drastically out exercised that meal along with keeping my daily Intake from other meals low cal as well. Even if the scale doesn't show it in the am I know I'm back on the right path 👍
