💥 New Low 💥 This is getting to be a regular occurrence 😊 Bit by bit, I've been going down. I'm only 1.2 lbs. away from losing 40 lbs. I didn't expect that when I started in July, almost 4 years ago.

I finished last week with a daily average of 1705 calories, eating what I wanted. That's not overeating....just making choices that were tasty & pleasing all falling in my allotted calories. I still think I could eat a little more, but haven't really done that. Since I have some trips coming up when I'm sure to eat more, I guess being conservative now is a good thing.

My sister was released from the hospital today. She's on an oral antibiotic regimen for 3 weeks. She also has appointments scheduled for more tests on her kidneys, but at least she's sleeping in her own bed.

We have tickets to see Tedeschi Trucks Band (Susan & Derek) in Toronto in July with our Niece's & their husbands!! This is part of Hubby's Birthday celebration. We're both so excited 😊 🎉🥳 Our trip is shaping up nicely.

Gym Day, today. I got a decent workout, but didn't push too hard.
