yes. i totally understand this... its a reminder to be gentle and hold fast. lots of water. of course, my hyper focus led me down a rabbit hole of learning that the bloating comes from increasing progesterone, which slows down intestine motility.... aka the digestive system slows down. extra water and walking helps, along with eating easier to digest foods like soups and fruit, instead of grains and fiberous veggies.

👀👀👀😉The longer you're with the same woman. The more you learn to appreciate that time of the month🤣or not for MANY REASONS. I say that with a grain of salt because my wife had to have a hysterectomy earlier than we would've liked. BUT one of the perks of it was NO MORE PERIODS 🤣🤣Imagine all the fun that brings again FOR MANY REASONS 😈That being said I have 2 daughters. Let me tell you I already think about those days coming up even with them a million years away from my 5 yr old and my almost 2 year old daughter's. I want to insert a funny story here since we're discussing periods, girls, daughter's. In the bathroom brushing my teeth. Chloe picks up my wife's bra and ask me... why did mom leave her boobs here?🤣🤣🤣 ANYWAYS... yes women have so much to deal with it's almost not fair. So be kind to yourself during that time of month with your mood, weight, cravings etc.

joe that's funny and sorry to hear. I actually have mine every 24-25 days, so i have 2ish more a year than the average female. which also caused some infertility probz. I'm not saying its like birth control but i will say i havent been on the pill since 2012 and only have 2 kids. (earthside. fun fact. underdeveloped fertilized eggs are usually miscarried/chemical pregnancies) anyways. a hysterectomy sounds nice in that sense. though that could be trouble....

Wow... yeah it's like everything else. Life happens to us in some cases. It's always about the pros/cons moving forward that helps us decide what we want/decide to live with daily. I hate that y'all have to have periods.

Kaylin, that’s why I use a weekly average of my weight, because there are so many reasons for daily fluctuations. Perfect example is your case right here. You’ll be back to normal soon! 😊 Although if I had PMS fluctuations i should definitely see a doctor. 😂
