Weight from hospital yesterday. Had a minor operation for a muscle biopsy. I think just a normal weight fluctuation plus it was midday (although I had not eaten or drank since 9 the night before) plus wearing clothes and shoes. Biopsy area has about 8 stitches and was very sore last night but feels just a little sore today.
